APPLICATION
1- Apply a dose of Touche Éclat Blur Primer on the back of the hand.
2- Apply using a foundation brush or fingers in light sweeping movements from the center of the face outwards.
3- Let it blend into the skin for 10 seconds before applying foundation, if desired.
