The eau de toilette is a vibrant echo of the floral bouquet launched by Gabrielle Chanel in 1921. A warm and lively version of the original perfume, sublimated in a spray with a black lacquered cap.

The powerful surge, dominated by ylang-ylang and neroli, is enhanced by aldehydes. The alchemy of vanilla, vetiver and sandalwood gives it a vibrant and warm scent.
Inspiration
In 1921, Gabrielle Chanel called on Ernest Beaux to create “a woman’s perfume with a woman’s scent”, rare and powerful. The nose offers a visionary composition calling on an unprecedented use of aldehydes. Mademoiselle favors version number 5 of the fragrance, and decides to keep this number as a simple name. In 1924, she launched eau de toilette N°5.
